ARTLINK

BRIEF
Artlink commissioned us to support the development of a coherent visual and communication strategy that strengthens its profile, attracts younger and more diverse audiences. Our brief focused on building artlink’s social media presence, rethinking its website purpose and structure, and shaping communication for key initiatives like the Open Call, TURNTABLES archive.

APPROACH:
We took a phased, insight-driven approach focused on helping artlink build a clearer identity and stronger digital presence. We began by mapping key cultural networks across Switzerland and the Global South/East, and identifying opportunities to create content around ongoing initiatives.Using digital analytics and research, we developed target audience profiles for artlink’s key groups, followed by tailored strategies for website content, homepage structure, and social media engagement. Finally, we shaped a launch and communication plan for their upcoming Open Calls, aligning all efforts with artlink’s long-term goal of diversifying its audience and cultural impact.

Shap Shap

BRIEF
Over a four-year period, Association Shap Shap commissioned us to develop a new visual identity, website, and social media strategy to strengthen its presence and position it as a leading voice at the intersection of culture and social justice. The goal was to build a distinct and recognisable brand that resonates with both public sector organisations and its youth-focused audiences.

APPROACH
We defined Shap Shap’s core brand essence and tone of voice — grounded in confidence, fluidity, self-definition, and play — to position it as a mirror and amplifier of youth culture with pan-African relevance.Drawing inspiration from Shap Shap’s core pillars — live art, music, and street art — and benchmarking against organisations operating in similar spaces, we developed a cohesive framework guiding content themes, visual direction, and audience engagement. This ensured Shap Shap’s identity reflected both its cultural roots and its social impact mission.
